Interfaith Housing and Claretian Associates partnered to develop five new six-flat buildings in response to the severe need of affordable housing in the South Chicago community. Casa Kirk provides 29 apartments, primarily three and four bedroom units, to address the severe shortage of affordable housing available to families.
